The consumer-facing website allows visitors to Rockefeller plaza to book their date of attendance, add any special requests or notes for their visit, and plan their day with multiple activities in the area.

The Craft CMS-based site allows show staff to update content quickly, providing a full calendar of events and guests for upcoming shows.

The website is connected to an app that runs on tablets, which are used by Today Show producers on the ground. When Today Show attendees check-in at a kiosk at the plaza, producers can then track who has arrived and who hasn’t. Producers can also refer to notes on the guest reservation to determine who might be featured in the audience during the broadcast.
