Wonderthing partnered with MediaCom to innovate the way Dell connects with consumers through our AdChat platform. We created conversational AI ad formats that enhance the shopping experience for laptops and 2-in-1 PCs.
These programmatic display ads leverage machine learning and natural language processing to deliver a highly interactive and personalized shopping assistant within a publisher’s existing ad inventory.
By engaging with the ads, users are prompted to answer three simple questions about their computing needs, which activates a sophisticated product recommendation engine. This engine analyzes responses and intelligently suggests Dell PCs tailored to each user’s requirements.
Ad Stack Technical Integration & Enhanced Consumer Interaction
Marking a significant milestone as one of the first large-scale campaigns utilizing the AdChat platform, we integrated the format to work seamlessly with the Google ad stack, including CM360.
This integration allowed the ads to integrate with any DSP, including DV360, The Trade Desk, and more.
Conversational ads have proven to be a game-changer, significantly enhancing user engagement and driving sales through a novel, interactive approach that goes beyond traditional advertising methods.
